I removed a number of pages with dated (old) content when I launched a redesign of this website on 1 January 2009. I've removed or renamed other pages from time to time since I launched this site in April 2004.
For the most recent site update on 1 January 2009 (just mentioned), I changed the file names of most of the pages that remain on this site; see comparison table below. However, most of the content that continues to be available on this site can be most easily accessed just by clicking on the appropriate links in the menu above.
