My comments:
This is a clean, straightforward design that most anyone can do. However, I'm not entire happy with it. When the user mouses over the main menu above the large graphic, there's no feedback. The link text or background of each cell should change color, for example.
Under the main graphic are six columns of links. Because of the position of this menu, it's not immediately clear that the lines of text in these columns are links. The links should be underlined (which would be ugly, admittedly), or, again, change color upon mouseover. This would provide feedback to the user that they're links.
