Don't be confused by the title!
Maybe I'm living in a bit of a fantasy world wanting there to be a "Be All End All" fix for my current delima... anyhow... I'm hoping someone else out there has found info that can help me.
I am not only responsible for our website but I am also responsible for our Church Management Software. Currently we are using Shelby Systems.
I am wondering if there are any of you out there that have a CMS website that is integrated with your Church Management Software. In my perfect little world... here's what I want:
- A CMS site that is user friendly for all of my non HTML/CSS/PHP/ASP savvy co-workers.
- A website (the same one) that our members can log into and update their family info, make contributions, and register for events that all seamlessly sync with our main church database.
With our current system we have a web application that we link to from the main church website that allows you to do all of those things in #2, but it has about caused us more problems than it has been worth.
Anyone out there doing this? We are looking at Arena ChMS and ACS Technologies.
