We have a great team working on the site.
We have two church staff people working with us - to keep communications on the site consistent with other forms of communication in the church. One of them completes a considerable amount of updates, including our weekly email newsletter.
The actual leader of the team provides general direction and communicates with the staff.
We have one person in charge of the weekly updates - delegating the task of updating content, etc to the appropriate people (HTML, programming, design/graphics, etc)
There is a person in charge of recruiting people to submit content; he's also involved in the editing process that occurs before it goes to the updates coordinator person.
Aside from them, we have 3 people who work pretty consistently on updating the site, and a number of others who help out from time to time.
So that's pretty much it. I mentioned in another post that we've begun a recruiting drive to get more people to help-out with the current site so the core group (the ones listed above) can be more involved in the site redesign/CMS system.
