My web site is: www.holycrosswinterhaven.com (http://www.holycrosswinterhaven.com)

I have 15 pages listed in the links indexc on the first page.

Five times in the last month I have had a breand new problem pop up. I've been doing this web site for a couple years and - never, never, have I had this happen before AND I need some ideas!!

I use Bluehost (and I have asked them and got no help there) and when I use their editing program called "Page Wizard", five times when I have "saved" my editing, that particular page disappears. When I click on "Edit Workspace Properties" for that blank page, the title is "Null" . Also, I am unable to change anything - it always goes back to a blank page.

I can correct it by deleted all reference for that page and recreating that page. That works but it takes a lot of time.

I obviously am doing something wrong thast causes this but I don't have a clue.

Can anyone help me? I am not sure I even know the right question to ask.

How does an error message "null" happen and how do you prevent it.

I posted this same message on the Bluehost forum - got no answers. I called Tech Support and they could not help. They did say it was a "third party" problem.

So - can anyone at least point me in a direction that might have an answer?

If you want to reply to me directly, my address is: hdcory@hotmail.com

And THANKS>

Hi Hal,

A Google search shows many Page Wizards, but this may be the one you're using:

http://pagewizard.com/contact_us.html

It's unclear from your post exactly what you mean by "disappear":

* The file can't be found in PageWizard?
* The file can be found, but the contents are blank?
* The file can be found in PageWizard, it contains content, but the page can't be found on the web by a user browsing the site?
* The file can be found on the web by a user browsing the site, but it shows nothing?

If you could clarify which of these is what you're experiencing, I think that will be helpful.

Sincerely,

Yes, that is the Page Wizard I am using.

When I was using Page Wizard to make a few changes in text, I choose "SAVE". The next step would be to "Publish" the corrected page.
However, when I choose "SAVE", it responded by saying "SAVING" and usually after a few seconds, it would go away and the correction would be saved.

BUT several times, it never got beyond the "SAVING" step. It just stayed there. After several minutes, I tried exiting by "cancelling" but it would not respond so finally, I just clicked on the "X" in the upper right hand corner and that got me out of Page Wizard.

Then when I went back into Page Wizard and clicked on the page I tried to make corrections on, it was blank - no text, no images, not even any background color. When I right clicked on it and selected properties a page came up that said "NULL".

Since them I have had no problems but I have slowed down my typing and basically tried to be careful to let on action complete itself before I chose another one. That apparently is the answer.

So, we learn and we learn, and we learn!!!

Thanks for answering.

Now, could you take a look at my web site and give me a frank opinion of it and suggest how I could make it better?
