Something I was reading earlier to do with branding gave me food for thought and I felt I had to share it with you guys :)

Yeah... but as far as SEO goes, Content is still king.

That may well be, but I don't give a fig about search engines and nor do most of the folks I know or work with.

They care about "word of mouth" and "will the site supply what I need" - SEO doesn't even factor in 70%+ of the time. Now, don't getme wrong, I'm not saying the world at large doesn't use search engines, but I will almost certainly guarantee that content and interactive content at that will keep them coming back.
