Our church just signed up with www.CyberEars.com (http://www.cyberears.com) and they have a lot of other churches there. We are uploading our services weekly and the results are incredible. They handle all the technical stuff for you, so you just have to register your Podcast, and upload the audio file and that's it. Their customer service people are fantastic, and really helped me work all this stuff out.
Anyway we are now able to track our popularity on their site which is great and I got all of this for $4.95 a month with UNLIMITED bandwidth.
They are not a site that is likely to disappear on the Internet and take our shows with us either. They are partnered with Alesis Corporation, who provided us our mixer and other recording equipment.
So I'd highly recommend CyberEars.com (http://www.CyberEars.com) if you are looking for a hosting solution for your podcasts.
