Hello from Key West, Florida

Hi everyone! I stumbled across this forum and am very excited to read the nuggets hidden here.

I'm a 41 year old computer programmer working for a tourism company in Key West, Florida for my "day job". More importantly I am one of the members of the Body of Christ trying to make a difference. The church I am a member of is small but we are mighty through Christ and have a world reaching vision. God has always used the remnant and is doing so with us.

I am the head of our multimedia department which means I'm up to my elbows in sound systems, projectors, computers, etc. It's a blast but a lot of work with few helpers. I'm also the web designer for our site and the child training center we run as well. I have no real artistic training but am always looking for resources like this to help me make things better.

Well, that's probably more than you wanted to know about me ;) so I'll go read some of the great posts out there! Thanks for the resource!

Thanks for joining the forum, and for posting. You'll find that the forum is a little slow right now, because of the time a year (vacations, etc.), but will pick up again soon. But, as you've indicated, there's plenty of good content in the forum to browse in the meantime.

I share your passion for multimedia and the tech side of ministry. I look forward to the insights you bring to the forum from your technical background.
