Help with Flash

Hi everybody,

I'm wanting to create some flash content for our congregation's website. Does anyone have any suggestions for software (either free or low-cost) that can create some good flash content (banners, intros, etc.). I'm not very experienced with flash, so it also needs to be something that is easy to use.
