I need help from someone who knows of a slideshow program that will export pictures with music and transitions to the web in a usable size. I don't need proven solutions just ideas. Thanks everybody.

Flash should do this, but there's the cost and learning curve.

But I understand http://www.flickr.com is very popular.

I saw a "Record Narrations" menu item in PowerPoint the other day when I was running it. I don't know what it does, but it was there.

You can be super trendy and use a ajaxy type solution http://robertnyman.com/ajax-s/ or if you wanted to flog a dead horse you could use smil (http://www.w3schools.com/smil/default.asp). If you didn't want to buy flash then there are cheaper alternatives that export flash movies. I've used swish (http://www.swishzone.com/) for various things and it works quite well
