Have you implemented a web-based resource/scheduling system? If so, I'd like to hear about it!
We have a need for such a system, with the following minimum requirements set:
(1) Web-enabled, not LAN-based like our current (ACS) system
(2) A limited number of folks can do the scheduling (password protected)
(3) Events are scheduled, as well as supporting resources (meeting rooms, AV equipment, etc.)
(4) A bonus would be the ability to schedule "Fellowship Hall" and/or "Fellowship Hall A" or "Fellowship Hall "B" (it has a room divider to split it up into two rooms).
(5) Support staff can be scheduled (sound technicians, maintenance staff)
(6) Flexible presentation/views on the web
(7) Web presentation customization ("our" colors, logo, etc.)
I'd love to here what experiences you've had, or what software you've encountered, that would meet these minimum requirements ...
