Hi Kyle
Here are a list of a few of the resources I use the most->I've tried to cut down because I was spending more time at work keeping up with the resources than actually doing any work!
Blogs:
www.mezzoblue.com
Marketing:
www.churchmarketingsucks.com
Design:
I get tons of free images from www.sxc.hu
You can also get a free image a week from www.istockphoto.com
Development:
www.alistapart.com has some great stuff
I used to use the forums at www.tek-tips.com quite a bit but that was one of the things I had to give up to make time to do my job!
I use a lot of php and just discovered www.codeignitor.com - it is a php framework that is very easy to implement and saves you time.
If I think of any more I'll add them but my biggest resource is my brother who sits just behind me in my office -> he's got a big brain

Kyle,
In my fledgling design experience here are some tools, you probably know about most of them. Many I use have already been mentioned.
As has been stated before the Web Developer Extension (http://chrispederick.com/work/webdeveloper/) for Firefox is indispensable. Other software tools are Jruler (http://www.spadixbd.com/freetools/jruler.htm) and SnagIt (http://www.techsmith.com/).
Books: "Don't Make Me Think" (http://www.sensible.com/) a book about website usability and testing.
CSS Mastery (http://www.cssmastery.com/), relatively new 2/06. Very comprehensive.
For a quick online refresher on css syntax I use W3Schools (http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_examples.asp)
Macromedia Dreamweaver for development but for all I use it's capabilities I could just as easily use notepad!
Other sites I read are SonSpring (http://sonspring.com/) and Godbit (http://godbit.com/). (I guess I'm a Nathan Smith fan)
Hope that helps.
Pete
