Recently started podcasting but have been offering bible study and sermons
online for some time. We also have video of the biblestudies and sermons. We are looking into vodcasting but have not started yet

Do you have any advice or pitfalls to avoid with podcasting for those thinking about starting?

I do not have any real advice on podcasting except we need to get God's word out anyway we can. A good quality podcast presented in a timely and consistent manner seems to me to be a good start. If you research any of the other types of podcast or videos for that matter being distributed over the Internet, it will not take you long to realize just how desprate good spiritual podcast and videos are needed.
