Some resource sites I use for HTML/CSS design:
Web Design Group's Guide to CSS (http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/css/)
Web Design Group's HTML 4.0 Reference (http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/html40/)
Visibone's Color Lab (http://www.visibone.com/colorlab/)
Listamatic: CSS Styling of Lists (Including Making Menus) (http://css.maxdesign.com.au/listamatic/)
Feel free to add to the list.

Hi Jack,
Thanks for the list of resources you provided. They're great! I was really blown away by the various stylings of lists in the Listamatic resource. I may use one of them on my own site.
I've now added all four of these resources to various pages on my own site, giving you credit in each case as well as including a link to your post.
Sincerely,

I actually have modified the horizontal in horizontal list (http://css.maxdesign.com.au/listamatic2/horizontal05.htm) for a redesign project I am working on here:

I've been using CSS for several years now, and love it...so I've visited a LOT of CSS sites. One of the most helpful used to be WebMonkey, which was owned by Wired. It's still online, but I haven't been there for a while. Their tutorials on just about everything online were very helpful (I should go back, I guess).
http://www.stunicholls.myby.co.uk/index.html is a very cool site with good ideas for more advanced CSS.
For those with some time to spare, http://css-discuss.incutio.com/ is a good place to discuss it.
I also like http://wellstyled.com/ and other sites. If anyone wants more links, say so. I subscribe to a number of RSS feeds from places like alistapart and others that highlight the more 'cutting-edge' aspects of VALID and CROSS-BROWSER stuff. Let's not forget the W3C site for their tutorials!

If anyone wants more links, say so. Please .. the more the better. (It beats trying to sort out good from not so good links in the results of a Google search.)

General, when I began to follow the instructions on Bookmarklets, a dialog box popped up and said what I was doing might not be safe for my computer. Did that happen to you? Since you use it, I am assuming it caused you no difficulty. However, I wanted to double check before I continued. Thanks

Yes, you should get that message...and the reason is that the bookmarklets are javascript, and have the potential for being malicious. I've used the bookmarklets from those two sites for years, so you're safe. You're wise to ask!

=)Hi General,
I was just surprised. I am not yet positive what I am doing with these things yet. But if you say they are good stuff, I believe you. :)
PS Are you up late or early your time. It is 12:36 a.m. here.
