Hello from Grant, AL

Hi, my name is Michael Stevens and I am the Student Minister/Associate Pastor at First Baptist Grant (http://www.fbcgrant.com) in Alabama. I have been in Youth Ministry for 8 years and this past Sunday, I accepted a new position in my home town of Plant City, FL at Shiloh Baptist Church (http://www.shilohbaptistpc.org). I began my interest in web design about 2 years ago. I knew nothing about web design or graphics but wanted to learn so that I could have a website for my student ministry here in Grant. My first website was SOLE Ministries (http://www.soleministries.org). Within the past year, I started a side business in Web Design and Graphics called SOLE Productions (http://www.soleproductions.com).

I have been happily married for 8 years. We have three children (7, 5 & 3 years old) and another on the way due in July.

I found this website by referral from one of your members and decided to become active in the forum help me refine my skills and learn from others.

Welcome to the forum. It looks to me as if you have quite a bit of expertise already. Some of the time people discuss stuff that I don't understand a bit. However, I read it very carefully. And before you know it, I run into the material again and understand a bit more.

You will find some fine people on here. Some of them even know what they are talking about. :D (That is my graphic design.)
