Here is a good article I found on www.pastors.com from a link off of... http://uneeknet.com. Some may be repetitive for you. But its a good reminder anyway. Here is the link. http://www.pastors.com/article.asp?ArtID=8992

Excellent link.

I really like how they dealt with the folks who won't go online for whatever reason. As I was reading the beginning all that kept popping in my head, is "what about the people who don't have internet access???" And what do you know... they have a great solution.

Terrific article!! Thank you for sharing it with us. Now, if I can implement a couple of things...

One of the things that bothers me as much as anything regarding our website is how frequently the information I get comes from a printed source so that no matter how hard I try, the information is already some place else. I have fought this battle from the beginning to no avail, it seems.

I am open for any suggestions on how to get people to give me the information first and way ahead of time. In some cases, I don't think the people plan way in advance. But I know that some are. It gets discouraging. Why should anyone go to the web site to read what he/she already know? I wouldn't. Yet I find myself in that situation frequently...every week.

Yea, that is a good article, and it focuses much on the role of the website for the physical church.

Here's another article I came across that focuses on a slightly different variation of the same theme:
