I am using (for www.njfaith.com) the free Web Empowered Church CMS (based on Typo3) from www.webempoweredchurch.com
Interestingly enough from the Seen & Noted page (http://www.greatchurchwebsites.org/seen_and_noted.php) of www.greatchurchwebsites.org David Gilespy shows a few churches that are using this system - which include:
Church of the Resurrection (www.Cor.org)
Ginghamsburg UMC (www.ginghamsburg.org)
Both of which are using the Web Empowered Church system.
What I love about this system - is that it is built around churches, by Christians who are techy.
I must admit that I personally am involved with the Web Empowered Church now - but that is only after looking for a good CMS and then deciding to help them out with hosting and such.
In closing - check them out - any host that provides MySQL on a Linux server (will work in windows but not that well) could help you use this system.
