David mentions on the seen and noted page (http://www.greatchurchwebsites.org/seen_and_noted.php) a church using Babelfish to translate their page.
1. How accurate is the translation?
2. FYI, pictures don't translate. For example, the "We are a Christ-centered..." picture on the sample site.

Good question. I'll ask them, and report the results here. It's the Christmas season, though, so I don't know how soon I'll get an answer. They may not even know themselves.

Good question. I'll ask them, and report the results here. It's the Christmas season, though, so I don't know how soon I'll get an answer. They may not even know themselves.
A test would be to translate the site into one of the target language, and then have the software translate it back to English.
