Website safety?

Does anyone have a policy about putting personal information, pictures (especially pics of children), specific information about the wearabouts of the kids at certain times (for example, when kids from your church will be at camp)? I am supposed to be helping to develop our church's website, but we have not resolved the issue of how much information is too much.
